-UNITED can only add an organisation to the public searchable database if the data received is confirmed. Until then your data will only be used in the internal database of UNITED.

-As UNITED is a European network, only organisations from European countries will be listed

-UNITED reserves the right to choose whether an organisation is added to the public searchable database

-UNITED does not publish private addresses
